Most couples prefer a session before hair and makeup begins, or in a calm window early in the morning. We will check your ceremony and preparation timetable before confirming a start time.

Allow a clear, safe space roughly equivalent to one yoga mat per person, with room to move around each mat. We will discuss the room, floor surface and indoor alternative before booking.

Equipment arrangements are confirmed in the quote. We can discuss bringing a limited number of mats and simple props; larger groups or distant venues may incur an equipment fee. Please do not assume all equipment is included until confirmed.

Yes. We aim to welcome mixed-ability groups and can offer seated or gentler alternatives where appropriate. Please discuss access and any relevant safety needs privately before confirming; we do not offer clinical treatment.

Yes, when weather, privacy and ground conditions allow. An appropriate indoor alternative is required in the event of rain, heat or unsuitable terrain.

Bristol is the main service area, with Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds available by arrangement. Travel arrangements and any costs are agreed in your quote.
